THE NEW SCHOOL

IMPACT ENTREPRENEURSHIP INITIATIVE

The New School Impact Entrepreneurship Initiative is a university wide initiative focused on making the world of impact more diverse and represented. It is a graduate fellowship that I launched a podcast for, which is focused on exposing students to the impact community in NYC and beyond.

DELIVERABLES

  • Marketing Strategy on promoting & outreach for the podcast promotion

  • Creative direction & delivery of assets to be used on Spotify, digital marketing & social promotions

  • Impact based events & workshops (additional)

OUTCOMES

  • The podcast is in the top 5% of podcasts shared globally (data via Spotify Wrapped)

  • First season closed with 25 episodes

MARKETING: AMERICAN EXPRESS

While working with American Express for over 6 years I had the pleasure of working on their premium card portfolio including Centurion and Platinum. I focused mostly on early tenure, loyalty and most valuable cardmember campaigns. The photo here is an example is from my favorite campaign: the Centurion card relaunch.

DELIVERABLES

Prepare all marketing assets & strategy to relaunch the centurion card that included new card design from 2 prominent creatives (Rem Koolhaas & Kehinde Wiley), plus redesigning the welcome kit which included a wearable card collaboration with Prada.

OUTCOMES

  • $1B+ in revenue driven (overall)

  • New, exciting and profitable card added to the portfolio

  • Expansion of the Centurion portfolio into a more lifestyle card product

WERULE

WERULE is a platform I founded back in 2015 that has been connecting founders to mentors, advisors and growth opportunities since 2015. It has been awarded the Champions of Change Award by the United Nations and worked with companies such as Walmart, Hermes, NASDAQ, and iFundWomen.

DELIVERABLES

To redesign the older WERULE look to prepare for launch of the new advising platform where visitors can book advisors and mentors on demand. The project includes the redesign of the website, social media, marketing assets (email, DM and social) as well as other non-creative assets.

OUTCOMES

  • Launch of 30 advisors for beta testing

  • The views on the website grew +216% mo/mo

  • Social media accounts engagement grew by 43.1%

FASHION DESIGN, PHOTOHRAPHY & PAINTINGS

WHAT I DO IN MY SPARE TIME:

My love for art and designs goes all the way back to my childhood when I used to cut up fashion magazines to then collage them back into unique looks. My first art love was a good bridal magazine with long trains and intricate surface treatments.

Today, to keep sane, I still create daily. From Basquiat replicas (manifesting owning his real work one day), designing fashion collections to inventing a new fabric treatments for skirts I saw… my creativity knows no bounds.

Hope it never will.

Throughout my career I have worked with a variety of brands mostly focused on making good impact in the world.

sundays studio: I’ve been working with sundays studio for the past 7 years on various project ranging from helping design the investment deck, various direct mail and digital marketing assets. Plus, more recently, focusing on the email automation for B2B and NYC nail studios.

Harkham Wines & Hark Angel Collective: Wine label designs for an outdated port wine as well as their impact wine focused on supporting kids in Kibera, Kenya. Prior to working on the impact wine label I also creative directed the bidding page for the artwork & executed it.

Fil De Vie: I worked with the founder Sharon Lombardo (check out their work — it’s a next level vision)to put together the investment deck for the seed level. We worked together hand in hand to put together the content as well as collaborate on the design of it.
